Extras with your marble bathroom?

Extra Services with your Marble Bathroom.

italian-marble-statuario-bathroomWe like to think that we offer a terrific service to our customers, but then, who doesn't? Every business says that they offer great service so I thought I would take a moment to describe just one of the aspects that I think helps to set us apart.

Certainly, we do our best to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the quality of the products that we supply and with the quality of the installation. But, back in the early days, when I had a "proper" job as a project manager with a multi-national company, I went on a Customer Service training course that demonstrated that a business has to exceed a customer's expectations and not merely meet them in order to be judged to give great service.

I'd like to think that we stand out from the crowd in a number of ways.

One of them is by putting our customers in touch with other trades and suppliers that we have used and have confidence in. Over the years, we have worked with a variety of trades; plumbers, electricians, bathroom shops, kitchen shops, interior designers, garden designers, architects etc. and I have a list (in mind, if not actually on paper) of these people that are in tune with our way of working.

To my mind, it gives our customer a better chance of having a great experience if all of us in the supply process work well together and everyone has the goal of having a happy customer.

To be honest, it's easier for us as well if the different teams have a good track record of working together so that we all understand what the others are doing and when and how it all fits together. And the customer benefits by getting a team that isn't going to "pass the buck".

There was an example of how we offered an "invisible" benefit to a customer only this week. We are currently quoting for a bathroom refurbishment where we are hoping to get the job to install one of the Portuguese limestones. The customer was starting to look for a shower enclosure and for new sanitaryware so we suggested that they went to talk to Kevin at the Wallingford UK Bathroom Warehouse.

Kevin has helped us with several projects now and I can be confident that he will give them good advice, help them with the bathroom layout and show them a good range of products to suit their scheme.

Do you have a natural stone project in mind? Perhaps we can exceed your expectations too? We'll have to try even harder now that you have read this!
